Jibreel Lockhart serves as CEO and is focused on managing data partnerships, client success, and the growth of the business. Jibreel brings with him 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and product development. At Gartner he led the development of a Middle Market consulting practice that helped dozens of firms discover and use commercial insight to drive growth. At American Express he developed data-driven products to drive cardmember and traveler spend and loyalty. Jibreel is passionate about using data to unlock business opportunities.
Jibreel is an engineer turned data-driven marketer. He loves using technology to decode customer behaviors. He’s on a mission to use data to uncover the inefficiencies of traditional advertising.
John Michael brings over a decade of technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy experience to Petram Data. He was most recently VP of Innovation at Capital Investment Group, and led their Venture Capital and Acquisitions divisions. He has a consulting background with large Government and Fortune 100 companies, and successfully led teams on the cutting edge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and enterprise architecture.
Business-minded data scientist with a demonstrated ability to deliver valuable insights via data analytics and advanced data-driven methods. Knowledge of data mining, machine learning, statistics, text analytics, survey analysis, and data visualization.
Summer has strengths in problem solving, predictive modeling, data storytelling, and leadership. She is familiar with regression, logistic regression, decision trees, clustering, text clustering, random forests, self-organizing maps, etc.
Tom has worked in data for 10 years, previously he worked for Domino’s Pizza on the data intelligence team to help the company build a data platform to enable leadership to make data driven business decisions. Before that, he worked for the Detroit Tigers as a database architect as part of the baseball analytics team
Paula is an Executive Assistant who has performed in a variety of settings over the past two decades, both in the private and public sectors.
Paula began her journey with the Rock Family of Companies in 2015 and has assisted various executives across the organization. She now serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Petram Data – Jibreel Lockhart.
Ethan brings a diverse knowledge set to the Petram team, with previous experience as an ethnographic researcher in Italy, a business operations associate in Shanghai, and a consultant on marketing strategies everywhere from Vermont to New Zealand. It’s his mission to combine data, design, and psychology to create the most effective strategies possible.
Dhani is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, & NFL linebacker. His entrepreneurial spirit has continued to push him in new directions, as Jones currently serves as chairman of investment fund Qey Capital Partners, EVP at Rock Ventures and Founder of the Hillman Accelerator.
Phil has led and orchestrated successful exits for companies in the real estate/mortgage technology space and currently serves as the Founding Partner of MorningView Advisors. Phil also held several C-level positions with technology and product companies including turnarounds, start-ups and mature divisions of public companies.
In addition to successful exits at eLynx and Platinum Data, Phil recently led a $100mm portfolio of companies for Altisource. Mr. Huff began his career as a software and systems engineer and was awarded patents for internet messaging and document management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Miami University.
As Head of Analytics at Google, Dejan and his team provided partners with data strategies, insights, and approaches to measurements that help drive business results. The Analytics team focuses on helping partners future-proof their business through adoption of technologies, data modeling to uncover new opportunities, and bringing transparency and accountability to 1P and 3P measurement solutions.
Prior to Google, Dejan worked at Amazon in their FP&A division managing a P&L for a segment of their organization. Also, he worked at Microsoft doing customer analytics for Hotmail and Messenger.
Dejan holds an MBA from Seattle University with a focus on international business and EQ and has his Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from Wayne State University in Detroit.
Mykolas is a data and technology leader from Detroit, with a passion for great teams, new ventures, and doing the improbable.
Mykolas was General Manager of Equifax’s marketing services division, a business unit engaged with thousands of clients ranging from Fortune 25 to SMB’s, providing IXI data exchange, digital, and highly regulated credit marketing data and insights.
Before joining Equifax in 2016, Mykolas was Co-Founder and CEO at Wealth-X, the leading global wealth data business that he led from inception in 2010 through to sale. During that time, he scaled the company from “three guys and a couch” to a global organization of more than 250 staff across 13 offices, helping hundreds of top banks, non-profits, and luxury brands grow their businesses and remain compliant using specialty data. He also led the successful acquisition of London-based Ledbury Research bolstering Wealth-X’s position as the global authority on wealth.
